Need to access the Document Portal?
If you're a Motorcycle or Classic Car policyholder, to access the documents portal, you need to opt into receive your documents through the portal when you take out a new policy with us or renew an existing policy with us. Once you do this, you'll receive an email inviting you to register for the portal.
Once I've registered to receive my documents for the portal, how can I access it for the first time?
- Go to the Customer Portal
- Select 'not registered'
- Select 'click here to register'
- Enter your email address and set up a password. (The password needs to be eight or more characters and must contain at least one capital letter and at least one number)
- A verification email will then be sent to the email address you have provided us with (check spam/junk folders)
- Click on the link in the verification email to activate your account
