Terms and Conditions

1. To enter, you must “Like” the Carole Nash Inside Classics Facebook page AND comment “#WIN”, or follow @carolenashcars on X or Instagram AND comment “#WIN”.
2. The prize draw will run from 17^th July 2024, and ends 28^th July 2024, at 23:59
3. There will be a total of 25 winners.
4. The Prize is 1 x pair of general admission tickets to the Mondello Park Historic Festival on 10th or 11th August 2024
5. Winners will be able to choose which day they would like to attend and will receive an E-ticket for their preferred day.
6. Transport/accommodation is not provided as part of the prize draw.
7. This giveaway is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over.
8. The winners will be notified via social media within 7 working days of the 29^th of July 2024. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. The winners will only be contacted by us, through the official Carole Nash channels. We will never request personal information is submitted via a third-party site or ask for bank details.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. The prize draw is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.
12. The prize draw cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
13. The prize draw can be withdrawn at any time.
14. Employees of Carole Nash Insurance Consultants (Ireland) DAC or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw
15. The winners will be chosen from all entries received by an automated random number generation process and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents and overseen by an independently appointed person. 16.  Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent for further information please see our privacy policy.
17.  The winners agree that their name and/or image along with a reference to what has been won, in relation to the prize draw, may be used by Carole Nash for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels. The winners may also be asked for a quote to be used in relation to the promotion. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
19. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
21.  Entry into the prize draw by you (the entrant), will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
